The network marketing book Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard is stirred up an absolute storm of controversey in the network marketing industry overall. There is really alot of confusion surrounding this book, with questions like “Will it grow my downline, or will it build my business. Is it even worth the nominal fee to go out and purchase? This particular magnetic sponsoring review will cover these critical questions, among others.
For the most part, even myself, the entire concept, I was very very leery about, thinking it was just another hyped up claim about how to make network marketing easier. Now, I a know I am not the only one to be skeptical about how to build a business online. There are certainly lots of them out there.
When it comes down to it, what do you really learn about in this course? What are the core concepts that are being taught? Well, really there are three basic concepts that are being taught there.
#1) Attraction Marketing – Fundamentally, what attraction marketing is really about the level of value that you offer a given prospect. Essentially the more valuable you appear to a prospect, it is human nature for someone to gravitate to others that offer incredible value, hence generating the attraction. Literally this reverses the typical recruiting dynamic in network marketing, essentially bringing people to you, instead of you hunting them around, and you become what is known as an Alpha Networker. By offering value to people you enter into the hidden psychology in their mind and it is a natural attraction that is built for you.
A key concept that is extremely critical to increasing your value is to go ahead and continually educate yourself in your particular niche, become an expert at health, at recruiting, at lead generation. With the correct foundation in education, you can literally train yourself into getting better at all of the above listed.
#2) Funded Proposal – For me, this was really the big takeaway from the Magnetic Sponsoring Course. You see, only a certain percentage of people will only ever buy your product or join you in your downline, and the idea of a funded proposal allows you to generate needed income up front in order to pay for the lead generation and advertising for your business. Up front income is one of the best things to help you create cash flow quickly in this business, not recruiting.
The basic theory here is that since only a small percentage of your leads ever join your business, you must increase the profit by making other, related offers. By increasing your percent of people who you earn money off of, your profit goes up exponentially.
#3) Actual Marketing. One of the more challenging problems, particularly with Network Marketers when they start learning the principles inside Magnetic Sponsoring. It is almost a reverse approach to your business compared to how most in the industry are taught. Again, you approach it all from a customer point of view, finding out what they need and want and providing that to them. Also, you actively go after people who are looking for things of what you are offering.
OK, in the end what does this magnetic sponsoring review really think about this course, is it a scam and fraud?
Really, when you sit back and look at all of the different, basic, yet completely essential business principles behind it, I view it as one of the top handful of “how to” network marketing courses out there on the market. Once you start treating your MLM as a business, it will reward you as a business.
Is it a “silver bullet” and cure-all for your woes in your business. Absolutely not. This book is a training book and will get you on the path to success, but ultimately your own success is dependent upon you, not others. This is another key idea discussed at length in the ebook.

Finding Good PPC Affiliate Marketing Programs

PPC affiliate marketing programs, while harder to find, are still very much around. Most affiliate programs have been focusing their attention on pay per action affiliate programs (pay per sale or pay per lead) but Pay per click (PPC) affiliate marketing programs are still quite capable of helping you earn a good income. PPC affiliate marketing programs can be used very effectively as part of a multi-pronged internet marketing approach to help your online business thrive.
The advantages to a PPC affiliate marketing program have to do with the general ease and speed at which they can be set up and seeing results. They are also easy to maintain. You can see commissions coming in whether the customer buys or not. PPC affiliate programs are also useful when you are targeting a general audience and you can’t find a specific product or service that your visitors might be interested in. This is in comparison to pay per action affiliate programs where you need to specifically target a product to show your visitor.
The disadvantages to a PPC affiliate marketing program are that if your site is too narrowly focused on a certain niche, it may not reach the broad number of visitors that you might need to be reaching to see good commissions. Also the pay rate is a good deal smaller than pay per action affiliate programs. Your probability of getting commissions is higher because all they need to do is click but you don’t see near the commission rates that you do with pay per action. Your click through rate has to be high for you to see significant results. Volume is king. There have also been problems with some affiliate programs holding off on commission payments and have canceled some site’s memberships in their affiliate programs.
Trying to decide on a good PPC affiliate marketing program can be pretty challenging. There are some things that you an look for to help decide what will have the best impact on your efforts.
1) How do they count the click throughs? You may have to look hard for this information because it might be something that they gloss over. Most programs will pay you for each unique IP address in a 24 hour period. Avoid ones that are more than 48 hours.
2) How much do they pay per click? Expect to see anywhere from $0.01-.20 per click but avoid agreements at either end of that spectrum or at least be skeptical. The low end may be too much work for too little pay and the high end may make big promises but may not have a good reputation of paying people what they are supposed to. Check their payment history.
3) What does it take to stat a member in good standing. Each program will have it’s own guidelines on what is or isn’t acceptable practices and will say that they can cancel your sites membership at any moment if your site is possibly cheating. This is understandable but they may have caps on the amounts of click throughs and may suspect you of being less than honest if you exceed that.
Check their terms and conditions and read all the fine print. Investigate them and look for complaints. PPC affiliate marketing programs can be quite lucrative but they can also be a lot of work.

Discussing The Efficiency Of Facebook Advertisements

Yes, Facebook ads get some exposure by people clicking on them. But the question is, do they get as much attention as others ads such as on Google AdWords, probably not.
Facebook ads just so happen to catch someone’s eye while they are surfing their page, not because they plan on buying your product or service. However on Google, folks are looking for whatever product or service you have to offer. After all that is probably they started searching the net anyway.
The way to judge if your ad is effective can’t be by the click rate, it needs to be based on profit. This doesn’t mean Facebook ads are not effective, it just means that it takes a little more work and effort to get your ad clicked on.
If you just so happen to be paying for advertising per click, then this shouldn’t be a problem for you. As long as money is being made, that’s all that matters. Some marketers review their ad campaigns by the number of people who click on their advertisement.
The way to determine if your advertisement is working or not is to review your sales data to see how much profit you made as opposed to the cost of advertising.
If you are doubling the money you spent in advertising or getting just a little more than you spent, than you can say that it was effective. But it’s up to you to decide whether or not the money spent and made was worth the effort.
To improve the performance of your Facebook ad is to compare the results from different ads and use the ones that produce the highest profit.
In order to do that, you need to run a few different ads and then review the results.
