If You’re Taking Advantage Of Social Media As An MLM Lead Generation AvenueAnd Not Combining SEO, You’re Missing The Boat
March 11th, 2010
Anywhere you go on the interweb lately, you can see people really talking up the power of social media platforms as an MLM lead generation haven. Until recently, I have ignored these medians and am just now getting my feet wet. I am starting to see the true benefit of using these sites, but am amazed at the amount of people that are using this technique and ignoring how simple it would be to use SEO to capture residual traffic from the buzz they generate on the social media sites. Instead of just posting on one of these sites, you could create a blog and post the content there and then post a link on the social media site of your choice. By doing this, (assuming you have proper anchor text) you are in effect able to transfer to buzz from that site to your own, which can help you with the search engine rankings.
Great, I am already busy, you’re trying to get me to do what?
The way to get the number of MLM leads coming in you desire is to combine a multitude of marketing avenues. If you only post the article on the social media site, then that site is the only one that receives the benefit from the buzz. However, if you have it on your blog and then the social site, the benefits are passed to your site through the anchor text, which helps your SEO rankings.
Quick Fact!
Is has recently been proven that nearly 50% of Big G’s ranking formula comes from social media relevance. You used to be able to set your pages, title tags, and meta tags right to rank for certain keyword phrases, but not any longer. You could spend thousands getting a pretty site and have great content on it, but if your stuff isn’t getting any love from social media, then you will likely never get any rankings.
You have my attention, how hard is SEO?
Not really hard if you understand the principles. Look, you are already using social media to get your content passed around and voted, dugg, tweeted, etc. You need to capitalize on that syndication by having a blog, hubpage, or even a squidoo lense will work. Place your content their, then post a link there in order to receive the benefits of the syndication yourself.
Bottom Line
The vast majority of people using online marketing as a primary MLM lead generator are failing to take advantage of the free traffic from SEO. Picture this: You decide to modify your marketing plan a little to be more SEO friendly. After a couple of months of continuing to produce quality content and getting it voted on within social sites, you start experiencing the initial wave of new leads that are coming directly from Oogle just cracking the traffic flood gates. Eureka!!
SEO is not an instant gratification method like most like, but the long term value of taking the time to learn a little bit about it and implementing it will pay huge dividends down the road. You want to be in the 3% don’t you? Take advantage of this often overlooked method that will solidify your online presence.

MLM Home Business Opportunity – Your Road To Guaranteed Online Success
March 11th, 2010
Every single MLM home business opportunity is not created identical. When it comes to online marketing there are broad variations between the company you may decide on to work with and the hundreds and thousands of other organizations around the world. Does this mean that there’s a great deal of pressure to choose the correct company? Yes, it does. Does this furthermore imply that the amount of study you perform before starting your MLM business (or even your second or third MLM business, depending on your situation) should take years? No, it doesn’t.
While thoroughly exploring your MLM home business opportunity it is clearly encouraged, letting that study to consume you for too long will not get you at any place. At some point, sooner or later, you must take investment of the information you have accumulated and make a decision. Anyone could spend a life time researching and knowing all of the MLM possibilities out there and would never get started with their own business. Believe in me, I have executed my great amount of analysis and I can tell you that the course of action is almost unlimited, and there are amazing factors to look at when looking at each MLM home business opportunity.
In order to assist you sidestep some needless and tiresome homework, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty of what aspects of business your MLM home business opportunity must have got. We continually consider timing, marketing capabilities, internet marketing capabilities, teamwork, coaching, etc. We talk about these things because, well, they’re important. There is, however, one factor of the MLM home business opportunity that appears slightly above the rest. If this factor is present, your chances of achievement are far greater than with another company. This factor is called zero competition.
Each MLM home business opportunity likes to talk a lot of slap. Each one has “the best in wellness products” or “an unheard of way to make money while enjoying yourself at the same time.” We’ve all sent the websites with two-minute videos about how Johnny Jolly went from scraping gum off the sidewalk to making $10 million a year, marrying Jennifer Lopez’s twin sister, and living it up on the beach in San Diego. While stories like this are compelling, and they are important to consider, one must also consider the value of the product being sold by the MLM home business opportunity of your choice. How did the figurative Johnny Jolly succeed? Right place and right time? Good marketing? Intelligent business model? Teamwork? Or, the real clincher, a product that has not yet (or, even better, cannot be) imitated by another company.
Zero competition is the golden key to MLM home business success. Just imagine having the capacity to get a merchandise on the internet and know that, no matter what the consumer has found that day, they have not seen another product or service like yours. These zero competition products are usually short-lived, and they are usually jumped on by dozens of companies hoping to make spin-off products or to hop into the market with a product version which will be redesigned to outsell the original. This is all fair and good, and capitalism is founded on the principals of free enterprise and competition, but what if there was a way to get engaged with a product that would not, and could not, be copied by anyone else?
A product like this does exist, and the potential of your business would depend on your ability to get involved with it. MLM home business opportunities cover the entire gambit, from energy drinks to household goods, and finding one with a zero competition product (and, furthermore, a product that is non-perishable, which will last forever, and meanwhile increase in value) is imperative to becoming a successful business owner. Take your knowledge of marketing and network-building and apply it to a company whose products have an everlasting shelf-life and zero competition. Set yourself up for immense success with an MLM home business opportunity with zero competition.

The Four Reasons That Compel People to Start a Home Based Business
March 10th, 2010
There are many reasons that people start a home based business, they are usually very specific and personal factors. However, much of the time the motivations can be divided up into a few main themes. By understanding these 4 main issues you can do a better job of providing people specific answers that solve their very personal and individual issue.
1. The need to earn more money. Every one of us has bills to pay and sometimes it’s as basic as the bottom line. Many people are not earning enough money every month to pay and fund all their needs. Sometimes it might be a purchase they want to make and just don’t have the money, other times hours may have been cut and the situation is dire and something needs to be done quickly. By listening to the money reasons you can offer a particular solution to get that fishing boat, or to help them fund baby Billy and little Mary’s college fund.
2. Tick-tock…time. Some people earn plenty of money, but are they happy spending 60 or 70 hours a week to do it? You can show them a way to work smarter so they can go to the park with their children, or be there for the family dinner every evening instead of working more overtime. We all have the same 24 hours in a day and we choose how we spend them, it’s a valuable commodity that we never get back so listen for this complaint and specifically address the solution.
3. A desire for security. It used to be that the safe and secure life was the one where you got a good degree and went to work for a big company for 30 years with a nice pension and a great retirement to look forward to, those days are gone. For the past 20 years people have been switching jobs more often and with the recent economic downturn companies are slashing the bottom line and that means jobs. There is little loyalty and we all feel that more than ever. When people talk about these issues guide them into the possibilities of your business and how it can provide the additional security that they want.
4. People want to be the master of their own life, they want to make their own choices. It’s a God given instinct to provide for yourself and live your own destiny, you are the boss of you. Some people today don’t like their boss, or they just think that what they provide their employers is worth much more than they receive in pay or in respect. Being your own boss is a liberating and exciting prospect and you need to show that to those who need more choices in their life.
Most of the time the needs people have will fit in to these 4 areas and it’s your responsibility to show how you can solve their problem in a very personal way with a business that works. People care about what’s in it for them, they don’t care about features but real problem solving benefits personalized for them.

Top 5 SEO Techniques – Tips for Getting Started
March 9th, 2010
Making more sales is the central reasons companies choose to optimize their web pages. The Search Engine Optimization or SEO process enables a business web page to appear as a search result when a user executes a search for product information on one of the common search engines such as Google or Yahoo! Savvy sales organizations have learned that getting company information into the hands of potential customers at the point in the buying process where the customer is researching a purchase gives the organization a strong chance to earn a new customer.
Of course hiring a web or local SEO Consultant can accomplish the job, but this costs money that new or start up enterprises may not have. Even if a consultant is engaged, it is helpful to understand the things she/he will be doing to get your web page into the top search engine results.
Although complex methodologies exist for SEO, there really are essentially five simple, effective and efficient methods. These methods have been successfully employed by SEO Consultants in Denver and have delivered solid results.
On-Page Modifications – Keywords or phrases must be identified that describe the business and would also be used by consumers searching for information. Identifying keywords can be a challenge though. The business must start with two or three words or short phrases that describe what the business does, describes the value proposition and also describes the page content.
When these phrases are identified, they should be used in the title, headlines and text of the web page. Use of these phrases in the content body though, should not be overdone. Overuse of these terms can be viewed negatively by search engines, so the web author should only use the keyword terms in a form that they would normally be used in conversation.
As keyword selection is a bit challenging, the business owner may want to invest some time in learning some of the intricacies of the process. Choosing useful and effective keywords can be an art form that requires application of consumer behavior, language and communication techniques.
Off Page Optimization – The term ‘Off Page’ refers to the part of the SEO effort that takes place outside of the business owner’s website and refers mostly to efforts to let readers and internet users know that the page exists and provides good content. There are four pieces to the ‘Off Page’ process:
Blogging Article Marketing Site Submission Direct Outreach
Blogging – is simply reaching out to other sites, commenting and leaving your URL with your comment. The search engines will see that you left a comment and will follow the link back to your site. These back links are extremely important in building confidence with the search engines that the site provides content described by the keywords. And remember to use a keyword phrase if possible as the name of the link that you attach to the URL
Articles – embedding links pointing to your site within an article and then releasing it for publication elsewhere can also build a network of links. Many enterprise operators wrestle with this since article writing can consume a great deal of time. Still, articles don’t need to be much longer than 500 words or so and can consist of only a few paragraphs.
Site Submission – Most search engines including Google, allow the website owner to submit the website to its search engine directly. This generally causes the search engine to send out a ‘robot’ or crawler to review the business page and to validate its content. For newer and start-up business sites, this can provide a head-start and get your site into prospective customer’s view sooner.
Direct Outreach – This is perhaps a fancy term for simply asking others to set a link to the company’s website on their page. Contributing content exclusively to these sites is a good reason for other sites to agree to this. As most website operators struggle to post new and relevant content, gaining a contributor for the price of setting a link is usually a good trade. This is similar to article distribution, but requires directly contacting other webmasters and proposing the deal. It also may require some agreement that you won’t distribute the exact same content elsewhere on the internet.
Other tactics help in the effort to get your page into the top Search Engine Results, but these five elements can get your page in the game.
SEO Consultants Denver help businesses of all types compete for new sales via the internet. With a track record of placing sites in Google’s top ten results, the company uses proven methods and cutting edge techniques to attract internet traffic to business websites.
