In terms of marketing online, either selling your own products or selling other peoples (as in affiliate marketing) one of the more secure ways to do this is to build a list. Having a list is a tangible asset that is not prone to vanish overnight like a google search listing for your website.

So if you wish to put together a relatively secure online business with a regular earnings stream then the majority will say build a list. That’s all well and good but there’s a lot to assembling a list and the majority battle to get all of the ducks in a row so to speak. Getting the whole lot sorted and working is hard work furthermore can take countless hours of effort and a few dollars to get right.

This is exactly where Affilojetpack fits in. Affilojetpack gives you everything you require to create a website that builds a list and then develops a relationship and trust with the list. It sooner or later sells to the list, thus generating you revenue. What’s more Affilojetpack provides all of the materials you will need to build 5 such websites in money-spinning, established niches, that the creator Mark Ling, refers to as “money magnets”.

This includes header graphics, web site content, an incentive for folks to enroll to your list and an email message sequence that goes for a complete year. Over the year long succession of emails the bulk of the messages are high-quality information that individuals will be interested to read. Every now and again a pre-sell message for an information product that should interest the list is despatched. This should make you sales and so a regular revenue (provided it is possible to continue to get individuals on your list).

All this data and content is of the very best quality as Mark Ling wants to really grow his popularity. He also supplies exhaustive teaching on how to put the websites up and be able to get visitors to the web sites. The 5 Keys To List Building Successfully

July 26th, 2010

Be Limitless Now,

Having a list is vital for online business success. Web traffic to your subscription form and the number of visitors you subscribe to your list will likely drive the profits you make online. Most, if not all of the work you do should be directly related to building a list. To do so successfully, follow these five tips.

1. Integrate list building into all your marketing efforts. Whether marketing through articles, paid media or other, your goal should be for the visitor to end up in front of your opt-in form. Basically, all you do should revolve around building and growing a targeted list. If you are doing otherwise, consider a shift in strategy.

2. Direct traffic to your opt-in. This may sound trivial, but I have seen many online marketers focus on driving traffic to an affiliate website, perhaps a blog where the opt-in form is not prominent or a page where they are selling a product. If you have an opt-in page – send your traffic to it. If you are sending traffic to a page without an opt-in, reconsider your strategy today and put a form on that page. If you have a blog, let visitors know about the opt-in on the blog. You will not get any subscribers if you have no visitors to your opt-in page.

3. Offer something enticing in exchange for the lead. “Join my list” is not very inviting. Give out an interesting eBook you’ve written, a course, valuable information in a video – you get the idea. Grab their attention and let them know what they will get out of the item you’re offering in exchange for their name and email address. Give them a “wow, I have to join this list and grab this” moment.

4. Provide value and build a relationship. Bombarding your list members with buy this, buy that or check this out, check that out will only shrink your list quicker than you can finish reading this article. Think of your list as your close knit group of friends. Communicate with your friends and provide them information that they can use – information that can help them build their business. Only then will they see the value in being a subscriber. Only then will they trust you. And trust is the glue that keeps you and your list together.

5. Let your subscribers know that they need to take action. Point them to where they can get additional information or to whatever action it is you want them to take. Otherwise, you will not monetize your list. If you build that relationship and establish the trust needed to keep your subscribers, they will be more likely to take action.

If you follow these principles, you will begin to see success in your list building efforts.

Is Your Site A One Hit Wonder? Get People Coming Back

July 19th, 2010

Be Limitless Now,

Does your analytics software say your site has a high “bounce rate?”

Is your site a “one hit wonder” where someone goes, hangs around a little bit, then never returns again?

Maybe you’ve been told this is a good thing. After all, a high number of “unique visitors” makes your traffic numbers sound a lot sexier. 500 people coming to your site once in a month sounds better than 50 people coming 10 times, right? Wrong.

If you want your site to be a cash machine, then you must have repeat visitors. The truth is that most people don’t buy their first time viewing a product. They might want to read some reviews, look at some competitors, or talk to a spouse if it’s an expensive product.

Over that small period of time, they might forget having gone to your site. Even worse? They might not be able to FIND your site again? Can you imagine that? Your prospect searching through the 2nd or 3rd page of Google rankings thinking “What was that domain name again?”

Most people will visit a website multiple times before buying. Some say it takes seven contacts to make a sale. I say at least three. Either way, you want a guaranteed way your visitors will not forget you.

You can’t count on the customer to do all the work.

You can’t assume SEO will automatically bring them back either.

You can’t assume they’ll bookmark your site in their browser. (Seriously, you think they’re going to add your ‘sales page’ to their Favorite Places section? Let’s be humble here…)

If all this is true, then what can you count on?

Email marketing.

If you capture a prospect’s email address, and get explicit permission to email them with updates, promotions, and informational value, then you have the keys to the castle. You can email them once a week, or once a day, depending on how much value you’re bringing to the table.

You could have an informational e-course of 5 emails, or a bi weekly promotion about your upcoming Thanksgiving Day Sale. No matter what, you decide what day they think of you. If you send a message on Wednesday, that means when they open their Gmail or Outlook that morning, you’re on their mind.

Now, sending each prospect their own email would be a horrible experience. It’s extremely time and energy consuming to send a lot of emails. Even cutting and pasting wouldn’t save you a lot of the trouble.

But if you have an autoresponder, this is all taken care of.

Email autoresponders making email marketing a cinch. Once you set up your service to get your visitors’ contact info (all opt-in), you pre-load a bunch of email communications into the software, and schedule delivery. If you have enough emails pre-written, you could have literally worth a year’s worth of communication in the tank ready to go. Even if you have that year’s worth of emails, you can still broadcast a special to your whole list (or just part of it) whenever you want.

In these modern times, an email autoresponder is absolutely necessary. Fortunately the good ones for small businesses are inexpensive, and their features constantly are improving. You can section off part of your list to “test” an advertisement, and then see how it compares to your usual promotional emails. If the test section doesn’t perform, then little harm is done. If the test section sells a lot more, than you can try sending it to the entire list. There are endless possibilities.

Check out what email autoresponders are available, and make a decision. There’s no reason to wait.

If you’re ready to get started with email marketing, you’re probably wondering “Which autoresponder is best??” Dan Serenen has posted a special review of Aweber against GetResponse at his site. Visit today.

How To Correctly Pick Your Hosting Packages

June 27th, 2010

Be Limitless Now,

With countless numbers of web host companies in the market it could be difficult if not impossible to understand which web hosting providers truly provide an exceptional web hosting solution at an exceptional value. When you have got an established domain name with a good web hosting company, you can get information on your site visitors and which of your pages your clients are visiting most often, as well as many other statistics.

Your hosting company will charge you a fee for monthly service that ranges from $10 or $20 to the more pricey $50.00 per month. Plan to pay between $300 and $500 per annum to your hosting company.

Always avoid free or incredibly cheap web host services, simply because you may experience bouts of server downtimes and you’re almost certainly to have considerable limitations in storage, number of email addresses, FTP upload etc.

Make sure your hosting company can support e-commerce and storefronts, wireless capability, blogs, forums, chats, online interactive helps and everything else you wish to add onto your site.

Assess what your expansion needs and ensure that this webhost can serve you as you expand. The last thing you wish to do is to change host mid way unless you absolutely need to do so.

Examine your bandwidth capability to ensure that, if your website page views increases quickly, your clients will never have to wait to download or view information. Three things to look for in a web host company are:

1. Excellent Customer support: Your hosting provider should be there for you 24/7 and give you prompt access to the techs you need to resolve your problem. Ask them just how long it requires for them to generally reply to your problem. A good check is to phone them in the mid night to examine if you get to a live, level 3 support.

2. A Sound Infrastructure: Examine if they offer a multi-homed network powered by various bandwidth providers to ensure redundancy. Some offer a 100% assurance on its network availability or network uptime.

3. Financial Stability: If you’re running very important operations, you cannot afford to be with a hosting company that may not be in business in a few months.

How To Use Email For Affiliate Marketing

June 23rd, 2010

Be Limitless Now,

If you’re a new affiliate marketer, it can be confusing how you should get your promotion going. You have an affiliate link, and so do a lot of other competitive marketers. If you’re promoting a popular product, chances are there’s a lot of review pages, forum links, and adwords campaigns out there already.

Are all these marketing methods a good idea?

Maybe, but most people don’t make much money from those methods. In fact, most people don’t make money from affiliate marketing at all, when you factor in the costs of setting up. However those tried and true tactics will give you some money if you’re very good at it. Why stop there though? There IS a ton of money to be made.

This is where email marketing comes in.

You can add email marketing to almost any other system you have in your marketing mix. If you have a website, you can add a subscribe-to box. If you promote on forums, you can link to a sign-up page, even if you don’t have a website yourself.

And… if you want to go even more out of the box, you could even put up road signs on your streets with instructions to join your mailing list. If you have an email autoresponder service, this is simply a nifty trick you can use.

An autoresponder is an email marketing program that handles all the deliverability issues of email marketing. You still need to write the content yourself (or outsource it), but the autoresponder handles everything else.

Your job is to organize the content and decide where to send it.

You can start right away, but once you have built up a mailing list of a few hundred, or even a few thousand people, you can start making good money. You can send a multi-part email course on your topic of choice, and plug your affiliate product in each email or just at the end if you’re feeling conservative.

When you’ve sent that first e-course out, you can start promoting another similar product or even another unrelated product. The options are endless as an affiliate. When someone is on your list, you can email them perpetually until they either buy or opt out. You don’t want list members who love you but never buy. You want dedicated buyers or pissed off subscribers who click the “unsubscribe” link.

Remember that I said “pissed off SUBSCRIBERS.” You can’t add people to your list who didn’t volunteer to be on there. Spam is when someone had no intention of being on your list. Once someone has opted in to be on your list, and has the power to unsubscribe at any time, you are allowed to be as salesy as you want and it’s not considered “spam.” The worst case scenario is that someone gets mad and clicks the “unsubscribe” link provided by your autoresponder. They won’t even write to you to complain.

If you want to make sure your legal bases are covered, rest assured that any good autoresponder will make absolutely sure you’re taken care of before sending an email out. The autoresponder will generate unsubscribe links and make sure absolutely every email address opted in. In fact, it’s actually HARD to spam using a good autoresponder, since the service won’t let you!

For affiliates, email-marketing and autoresponders make a seriously essential element of your business.
